Phase 2: Professional Branding - Comprehensive resume, cover letter, & LinkedIn audit and recommendations from an executive level PHR and SHRM-CP certified HR professional. Phase 3: Network Planning - Grow your career net worth through networks. Let us help you identify and pursue relevant networking opportunities. Phase 4: Practice Interview - Learn and practice effective interview strategies and best practices derived from 1,000s of conducted interviews.  Phase 5: Skill Bridge - Identify skill gaps and opportunities for skill development, including training programs, relevant certifications, and related courses.  Can be facilitated virtually or in-person, if local (within 30 miles of Raleigh, NC). If in-person, meetings will be held at local businesses. We love supporting local businesses! We also offer group career coaching and advising sessions for schools and community organizations as well as keynotes for larger meetings and conferences.
